I wanted to find files by meaning instead of remembering their names. Lodestone searches documents semantically while keeping the workflow local.
what broke
The hardest parts were improving retrieval and deciding what to store in SQLite alongside Qdrant. Keeping full file contents in SQLite as well as data in Qdrant duplicates storage, and running everything in Docker uses a lot of memory. I would like to optimize both.
